Steering Wheel controls not working! Help!

Hi from New Zealand!

I just got a 2013 A6, and I noticed that my scroll wheels on the steering wheel don't work (they will click but the scroll up or down doesn't work)

Is this common and is there a fix for this?

Hi sounds like it could be the switch if everything else works ok. Try some switch cleaner spray that may fix it short term.

I had them fail on mine and had to swap them out. Seems plenty on ebay, not sure what its like over there though.
