Any old Audi A6 buyer here? I am planning to get a 2010 Audi A6 3.2L 4D on 92000 miles. Price is 9.6k.

The car was maintained regularly. Looks to be in good condition. My concern would be the 95k miles maintenance(which is prolly why the owner is selling it) and the subsequent risk of the car breaking down. I plan to sell the car in a year or two and get something brand new. I am not in a position where I can muck up on this purchase and get away with it.

Any idea on how the scheduled 95k mile maintenance is going to cost? How much are the general maintenance costs for a car like this? Is this buy worth it? Would welcome any sagely or technical advice.

P.S. Almost everyone I know is advising me against doing it. But my preference is a luxury car for around 10-11k. I can't seem to find anything other than Audis and Lexuses(is 250). Lexus would be my first choice but they are scarce due to Covid and this Audi fits the bill. Mabe better to add money and buy newest car? I play on the Rizk online casino, I found them on this page Rizk Casino Review 2020 (https://bestcasinos-ca.com/reviews/rizk-casino.php) and won money, so I can spend more.

It is a rare engine but I have worked on a few. The BIG worry is cam chains as this is a huge 30+ hour job, listen for the death rattle on start up. I had one which gave me nightmares with pinking which turned out to be a partially collapsed cat and another where it had running problems on one bank which was the cam actuators and these are easy. A full inspection by a specialist would be very advisable even after purchase as long as you have the option to reject. I know it sounds daft but check the rear chassis legs for deep rust, I have a couple of lesser models we service that the rot is getting very deep.
