How do you replace Audi A4 B8 drive belt tentioner?

Hi. I am wondering if anyone can tell me how to replace the aux. drive belt tentioner?

I can't seem to get to the back of the part in the engine bay,.

Front end is moved forward into the service position, under tray removed etc.

Any help would really be appreciated.
