Air Con not working - Fault Code U111300

The air-conditioning (4 zone climate control) in my Allroad isn't working. The fault code brought up on a scan is U111300 - Function limitation due to incorrect value received

Has anybody else had that problem? Thanks

I had AC failure earlier this year on my 63 plate A6. I don’t recall the fault code but the error description was the same. In my case I either had a broken compressor leading to the failure or the system didn’t have enough pressure.

I went to a kwik fit owned garage that did a AC recharge for about £60. I used them, because if it doesn’t work after the recharge, or fails again soon after they don’t charge or refund.

In my case, I just needed the recharge and my ac worked again. I’ve had the car from new, it’s the first time I had this problem.
