Phone Memory Issue

All of a sudden my MMI Plus has stopped remembering or downloading recent calls. Anyone else had this issue?

Haven't noticed the issue but have you just updated to iOS14? Or have the options (select the "i" next to your car's bluetooth settings on the phone in Settings>Bluetooth) somehow got changed?
