Rmc satnav sd

Hi all
One of my kids have lost my sd card with the satnav maps on it, so I need to replace it.
What are my options? It’s the rmc version
Go to the dealers for a new one, how much Is it?
Is it possible to replace the head unit for less with a card in, or is this not possible
Buy a card from eBay, I’m assuming this would need to be activated by Audi again at a large cost?

Audi will want about €200 for it https://shops.audi.com/en_GB/web/zubehoer/communications/navigation/navigation-update which includes the actvation code.
