2018 68 reg spacesaver tyre advice

Hi. My daughter in law has just bought a 68 reg Fabi 1 litre petrol. It doesn't have a spacesaver tyre. I'm looking to get her one. Am I limited to Fabia or would a polo one fit? thanks
