Golf 5 2.0 Problem Insert CD

Hello to Everyone. I Brought car like 2 weeks ago. And i want to change CD's with new music. But when i was Eject all disk i can't put them back. I try everthing also i try old CD's to back inside but they eject them automaticly , maybe i doing something wrong but i need help. I will attached video how im doing. I hope i will resolve problem :)
