Map media required

Guys.... looking at buying a A6 avant at the moment which is hard work.

ive found one that shows map media required for the sat nav. Now i know from previous experience this can be costly.

anyone know exactly what’s required for this to work, is it just a SD card or trip to main dealers and roughly how much ?

Ask these guys .. I found them extremely helpful, and their solution worked as described ... much cheaper than the dealers !!

Thanks for the link, stunning car. However my kids would literally ruin those seats in hours so I’ll have to go with black. It’s a cracking deal too given the mileage and extras. I’m sure you’ll have no problems selling it.

Lo0ks like Audi will charge you €199 for the RMC update for 2020 maps including the activation code. Navigation update > Navigation > Communications > Audi Genuine Accessories - Vorsprung durch Technik (https://shops.audi.com/en_GB/web/zubehoer/communications/navigation/navigation-update)

Lo0ks like Audi will charge you €199 for the RMC update for 2020 maps including the activation code. Navigation update > Navigation > Communications > Audi Genuine Accessories - Vorsprung durch Technik (https://shops.audi.com/en_GB/web/zubehoer/communications/navigation/navigation-update)

Just beware that it has to be activated AT the dealer, and the typical price quoted by the dealers is currently £280 or more....
