Hi,

My beloved A6 got into an argument with a roundabout during a foggy dark early morning in Feb. Airbags popped, bonnet up, front bumper, lights etc all over the place however not a scratch to me other than a small red mark on the nose where the airbag hit me - a great car.
The car provided me with trouble free 80k miles in just over 2 years and the only non-consumable item I had to replace was a £70 sensor - even that I was able to do it with help from this forum.
I absolutely loved the car but have decided to go for an e class estate now. Unfortunately the boot wasn't big enough to keep up with the needs of the growing family.
It was my first 'luxury' (to me atleast) car...I was so scared of big bills before buying it but the car turned out to be much better than I had hoped. I've gone for the big double screens of the Merc now instead of just going for another Audi and am hoping and praying for it to turn out as reliable as the A6!
I just wanted to say thanks for the forum and all the help you guys have generously given with your advice, suggestions and time.

Thanks a lot, I would have never gone for Audi without the feedback and assurances I got from you all.

Sent from my SM-N950F using TapatalkI'm on my 2nd Mercedes(wife's car) and they have not given me any problems in 22 years other than brakes 4 sets total and 1 sensor. Pretty good doesn't even begin to say how much I like them. My VW Tiguan just turned 4 and has been trouble free also. So far, hoping for the same. The electronics in the new ones scare me in all of the new cars.
