Hi all,

My first post on this site and starting with a question right away! :D

My father in law gave me his 1990 audi 100 2.3E, and it's a beauty.
He gave it to me because it had too many issues and he wanted a new car.

Here is the list of things I experience(d):
1. Engine stalls on decellaration -> Fixed, faulty connector on the dashboard (26pins)
2. Indicator lights on the dash show opposite signal -> fixed, same faulty connector
3. Seat heating drivers side not working -> not a clue, cables look ok. Need to check the relay otherwise i guess the element is bad. Any tips?
4. ACC problems -> The car warms the interior up really bad in cold weather. Replaced the acc controller in the engine compartment, worked for a while but now that it has gotten really cold it doesn't do what it is supposed to. Any ideas?

Does anybody have a schematic or pictures of the ACC? I bought a book about the audi 100, but that lists pretty much everything BUT the ACC :(.

Any general tips about keeping the car rolling?

Thanks in advance! :beerchug:

Hi,

I have tried that before, but that solve the problem. :(

I have now figured out it might actually be a problem with the vacuum hose (not the pump because other stuff works fine) so I am going to try an patch that up a little.

If that doesn't solve it, I guess I'll have to drive it into a workshop. Right now it's getting too cold to work on the street outside my house. -6 C this morning with colder weather coming up. :1zhelp:

Thanks for the advice !
