Do Valeo still OEM the factory standard fit wiper blades? Thinking it's probably time for a new set, won't buy Bosch again after the two pairs on the last car that didn't even make it to 6 months old....but not really wanting to part with the 46+vat at the main dealers (plus the hassle of the drive there).

Seems ECP have 50% off (again) on at the moment and I cal get all 3 for £28....

Anyone got any experience of the Valeo ones...? I'm assuming they are the Silencio ones which were what used to be used on the A4...

Cheers, Happy Easter and Stay Safe!!

I always Valeo as well now as they are so much better than the Bosch ones. Bosch used to be good but now... hmm !!
Also try carpartsforless as they are run by Ecp but have a slightly cheaper price and a delivery is in a few days

Don't know about Valeo wipers, but I've just fitted some retro fit Bosch Aerotwins to my VW T5 van, and finally after 10 years of a smearing windscreen on OEM VW blades, I can see where I'm going!
+1 on Car parts for less, their pricing is way cheaper than ECP, although if you go into ECP or phone, you can normally get a better price than online.
Also CPFL have weekend discounts where another 10 - 25% discount can be added. This weekend, 18% off using EGGY18 code!

Thanks mate - I've pushed the boat out and got them from CPFL - have used them before, but they used to be about the same price - clearly not. Both fronts and the rear inc delivery under £30. Bargain - and basically half the price of the dealer. It's my last visit to the dealer this time and after all the tricks they've tried to pull on me, they will get no more business from me after this next service, it'll be back to my local Indy whom has served me well for the last decade....

In case anyone wanted to know the answer they are 100% the OEM for the Audi Genuine ones. Physically absolutely idential, just missing the Audi part code printed on the plastic bracket where they attach to the arm, and instead have a discrete "Valeo" printed on the end of the longer front blade. So under 30 quid delivered is a bargain.
