Car jacking point

Hi guys, need your advice please. I tried to Jack up my car using the car jack provided. However I think I might have done it wrongly but the car came down and the block where the jack was supposed to be came off. I'm wondering are there any other points to jack the car up on the front axle? Any guidance will be much appreciated.

You should be using the jacking points specified by Audi.

Hi remove the sill trim if using the cars jack, be careful you are on the jacking point and not the plastic sill panel. If using a trolly jack you will see lifting pads under the car for garage hoist.
