Aftermarket front grill not fitting snug. Anyone else had this problem???

So I bought this type of grill online. And it just doesn't fit properly. At the mid section of the grill. at each side it pokes out in front of the bodywork, so doesn't fit properly. Also you have to really press this in to get it to fit properly so you can screw it in. has anyone else has a problem if they've bought this grill, Or does anyone have any advice on over coming the problem? Thanks in advance everyone.

If you offer up the original does it fit well? If not there may be some previously unnoticed distortion to the mouunts, etc.

Was it a manufacturer you'd seen recommended for quality fit?
