Lost stations due to them going dab plus

Hi guys I’ve got a 2010 a4 s like that has dab and I think its an concert mmi 2g low, has Bluetooth phone and dab as standard but lately I’ve lost 1-2 channels that have moved to dab plus, is there anything I can do like upgrade the software or replace the head unit as I really like radio x and shocked that my car can’t get these but still gets plenty of dab channels just not plus channels!

Thanks pal first thing I tried but like I say I’ve lost these two channels as they’ve gone to dab plus, would a software update or a head unit change fix it

From memory sw flash will not help as hw does not support dab+ anyway...plugplay addon kit should be around 200-300 pounds.
