Hi I may be wrong but I think the rest alert is set in the main MMI settings. Your photo would seam to indicate that it is set to on from another menu other than the one shown. Think mine is set also via the trip computer menus on the steering wheel.

my car is not a FL, i parametered
- MMI Hidden Menu: car/cardevicelist, MKE on
- MMI Hidden Menu: car/carmenuoperation, MKE => 5

for the moment i don't have a menu in the computer menus with the steering wheel
