Fabia 1.2 CPG engine change to CPGA

Have replaced my CPG code engine with CPGA engine.
Been left with error code... believing excessive fuel is passing through to pre-cat lambda sensor.
Is this due to possible ECU's calibrations being different, and do I need to replace the new engine's sensor to the old engine's Lambda sensor?

There is no CPG, there is a CPGA, CPGB and CGPC where the A and B are the same but the C is a slightly different unit, so what did you car have to start with?
