DRL not working (halogen) Audi A3 2006

Hi
I have an Audi A3 8P with bixenon and P21W halogen bulbs for daytime running lights.

When I bought the car it had aftermarket Led bulbs for DRL which did not work - when starting engine the bulbs were flickering 3 times and than nothing.

I purchased P21W halogen bulbs as originals and replaced Led bulbs.

But the same thing, light are flickering 3 times and nothing after. The DRL switch is on.
What could be the issue? Fuses are ok, wiring seems to be original one. Could be a light module fault or something else?

Start with a code read of the central electrics system, often even if you fix a problem the system will not reset until the stored code is erased.

Thanks. There was a mistake in my observations.
The DRL are not flickering, is not working at all. What was flickering was parking bulbs which are also LED upgraded by previous owner. So parking Led flickers 3 times when starting car, but function normal when switched on.
DRL does not work at all and no error was found by my mechanic( as he says).
Before going to an electron what else should I check?
Could Led parking lights affect DRL functionality?
Is there a separate fuse for DRL? As I look to some diagrams, it can't find any informations about it, just usual fuse for low-light, etc.
All other lights( bixenon, fog, side-lights) work properly.
