OK so I know it is a crime but I don't drive my S5 every day and there are times when it will sit in my garage for a week gathering dust, especially if the door is left open - it is a double garage. Has anyone bought an indoor cover to keep the dust off? It will not be put on unless the car has been cleaned and so I am not concerned by the scratch risk.

Have you bought anything you would recommend?

Large bed sheets should suffice ?

I like the thinking but a king size bed is 6 feet 6 inches long so even a queen size will be too small.

If you're really serious about looking after her then give these guys a call:

About Race Glaze (https://www.raceglaze.co.uk/about-raceglaze/)

Car Cover Shop - Superior soft cotton car covers for indoor use and Breatheable and fully waterproof covers for outdoor use (https://www.carcovershop.co.uk/)

I've got one of their "cheaper" outdoor covers and it's superb.

Good luck with your search.

Andy.

So I ended up buying a genuine Audi one that I found on eBay. It was actually for an A4 but fits the A5 perfectly.

I have been using the car interior cover for several years because I often ride in the car with my kids. Sometimes the kids can spill food, but I don't worry about that because I know I can easily take the cover off and wash it. This is very convenient, so I decided to buy an outer and inner cover for my RV. My friend advised me to buy replacement rv covers (https://www.carcover.com/rv-covers.html) as these covers are much more comfortable. I took his advice and ordered them. Now my RV is completely safe from children and weather conditions.
