Sorry for the long title!
Please could someone advise me on how these panels come off?
Do they slide out (horizontally) away from the skirt? Or do they hinge down away from the top of the skirt? Should I try to pry it off using the top edge or the bottom (underneath) edge?
I have a suspicion that without the right information I will snap whatever mounting lugs there are and won't be able to refit it!
One of the panels on the front of my A6 has come slightly adrift and won't push back in. I'm assuming that there must be some debris behind the panel that needs removing?35910
Thanks in advance!

Its in the hand book. From memory you pull straight out but they are tight.

Thanks Elansear - I had actually looked in the manual (there is a 1st time for everything!), but as the attached image shows, the guidance provided by the manual is a little ambiguous (inappropriate even?)...

Any advance on 1 vote for down and 1 vote for pull out? :Blush2:

Hi just had a go at mine. Pull straight out, horizontally, about 1-2mm it will click as it releases' then downwards and outward at the same time. Putting back the reverse but you may need to give it a bash with your hand on the last bit to get the clips to engage in there slots. It is tight to get out, one hand on the insert the other to support the skirt to stop it flexing. Stupid design......

Thanks for your help. Absolutely right on all counts! - stupid design, and the slide out and down sequence.
Just hope to remember this (if and when) I need to change a wheel on some dark and rainy night in the middle of nowhere.... :D
