I picked this car up at the beginning of the year with the intention of tidying up and selling on.

This was how it looked when I got it home after purchase..... not a pretty sight....

It looked rough as a dog but there was a decent car underneath....

Ictually regret selling it. The car really grew on me, it drove very well (usually :biglaugh:and I liked the spec and colour (LA7T)

You did a good job - Same colour and spec as mine except for DSG instead of a manual gearbox. They kind of grow on you and are a pretty decent drive. Doesn't help that I've had most of the faults associated with a 2007 offering, put them right myself and got to know pretty much everything about them inside and out. The time investment I've made (plus a bit of cash) and the fact that I know how to fix most problems, means it will be hard to let go when the time finally comes.
