So, I have just received a bottle of AR6400-D.
My V6 hasn't skipped a bit simce new (13 reg) and has done 67K miles so far. The plan is to keep it that way as long as possible. I never had a DPF light or similar and Hence, this would be like a preventative step.
I know that there should be no"dramatic" improvements (given that nothing is wrong in the first place) but would like to think that it will help with at least some stuff collected and deposited over the past 5.5 years.
In any case, it would be great to hear if anybody had the experience with this product and I would certainly share mine down the line.

Personally I always use Forte diesel treatment. It’s what the trade uses and seems effective.

I used it in my BMW 335D - as a preventative measure - that I then sold for my A7 V6 TFSI ;)
No noticeable difference to performance or economy, only to my peace of mind :o

Well if you use EA189 as a discount code at Powerenhancer | Largest Independent Stockist of Fuel & Oil Treatments (www.powerenhancer.co.uk), youse'll get it cheaper. Works well as far as I can tell.
