A6 Sline boot indicators issue

I’m new here, and first of all I would like to say “Hi everyone”. Just bought myself the “dream car”, that is an 2014 a6 Sline black edition and as soon as I left the dealer I saw an issue. My boot indicators are flickering sometimes (most of the times). Mostly, the near side one and sometimes the off side as well. Went back to them after 10 miles, they said they solved the issue. It came back so I went saturday as well. Sat there for 2 hours, to be told that it was an issue with the connectors, and they solved it. After a couple of hours, still the same problem. Any of you have any idea what to do? It’s really annoying.

Connectors, water ingress, control modules, earthing - could be anything.

Realise the frustration on a new car but leave it to the dealer - if you were to attempt to fix it you could make it worse.
