DAB activation on 2016 on rns 315

I have a 2016 vw rns 315. It has Bluetooth, parking sensors, rev cam,but no DAB.

I’ve read it can be activated via VCDS on Bluetooth 315 models?

If so can anyone recommend anyone around the Manchester area?
