Hi all..
I'm new to the forum. I have just purchased my a6 black edition a few weeks now and I can hear clicking on full lock on both sides of the car when turning. Car has 25kmiles.
Do you think it could be the cv joints with only that mileage. Has anyone ever heard of this before or any other ideas what it could be..?

CV joint normally go's because the gaiter is split if they're not leaking grease they should be cool, sounds more like track rod end or rack jack up the front and get someone to turn the wheel see if you can get a better location could even be a bearing hard to say from the information.

Is it one click or a series of clicks with movement?

It's a series of clicks. When I wind down window I can hear it on both wheels only while turning like pulling out from a junction..
I jacked car up and no movement in wheel and no noise when in drive up on jack. Seems to be when it's under load.?

That sounds like CV joint noise but at that mileage?
