A7 3.0 tdi 272PS OIL TEMPERTURE

Hi guys just wandering what sort of oil temperatures people are experiencing with their 3.0 tdi. I've had the lap timer actived and getting around 125c in motorway driving 80 to 85mph . Ambient temps here in UK have been around 33C last couple of weeks with the AC on.

Oil is castrol 5w30ll

I’ve got the same engine in my a7. I was wondering about this too. Was driving normally and the temp via lap timer shows about 95°c or so. But when I started driving a bit more spiritedly it got up to 109°c. Did a cheeky launch control too. My oil on the MMI screen was showing half way. So I’ve topped it up and it’s now showing full. But not had a chance to go for a nice drive yet.
Would be interesting to see what other guys oil temps are showing.
