Audi A8 3ltr 2011 - VDCS help wanted please

Hello,

I live in York, UK and am looking for some help with some VDCS tweaks I would like to have done on my 2011 Audi A8 3ltr diesel. Specifically I would like to have the green engineers menu made available as I am trying to get the car to accept bluetooth connection from my mobile and use the car SIM for data.

If possible I would also like to discuss some other tweaks I have seen described on this site to see which [if any] are available/possible.

Current MMI version [detailed below] is not actually at the right level for this, the article states it needs to be minimum of K0770. Is this something you are able to do or must I see my local Audi dealer for this?

My MMi is is currently:
Media version - HN+_DAB_K0097
NAV version - 8R0060884N ECE 5.12.5
