Tailgate Opening

Hi,

New to the forum and ownership and was just looking for some feedback on other owners experiences.

When I hold down the tailgate opening button on my keyfob there is a succession of loud clicks maybe 5 or 6 then the tailgate will open. Just wondering if this is normal or if i have something wrong with the mechanism ?

Not normal, ours opens after a long push of the button, maybe one second hold, it then clicks and opens.
