Door latch not opening

Hi I have a golf 2009 and the door latch seems to have stuck as if it locked. So it means I cannot close the door. The other locks open and lock fine

Any ideas on fixing would be much appreciated. As it’s raining and struggling to keep water out of the car

Try putting a screwdriver shaft in the latch and try manually to open the latch when handle is pulled
