New Flywheel/Clutch judder!

I had a new Luk Dual mass Flywheel and Sachs SRE uprated organic Clutch kit fitted a few thousand miles back.
Since the day it was fitted, Im getting this horrible judder when the clutch bites at pull off in 1st gear.
I thought it maybe because it needs to bed in, but obviously this isn't the case.
It is also the same in reverse and very sharp, I'm sure the sharpness is the nature of the uprated clutch but this judder is something else. I can never pull off smoothly!
The judder is also apparent when I down shift but not as noticeable.

May be worth a check of the inboard uj on the driveshafts.

Maybe new set is not properly fitted or had some damages as new before fitment. I would complain to the garage who made repairment.
