VW Polo 9n .Strange sound from front wheels

Hi.
Hope that someine know how to solve this issue.
My car VW Polo 1.4,2003. and with around 24k km, few months ago i noticed strange sound from front right side whenever I go over a small bump, thought is from something in the package, but it's increase by the time. It's like one deep crank sound whenever I go over something. , Here you can hear it

I left up the front wheels and check tie rods but the Tyres seems OK after testing to push from wheels sides.
The outer tie rod I can turn it by hand.
The inner ones have this sound you can hear it in this video. Actually I don't know if this sound is from them. It's came whenever I move the Tyres from both sides left and right one, nothing seems loose at least from what I can see , I am not Sure if this is what I hear when I drive. Both wheels are sensitive to any small move from the wheel drive.

The car passed the yearly test almost a year ago with no problems.

I feel there is something on the balance on higher speeds. It's go to the right side a little bit. Also the left tyres are unevenly used from its inner side.

Hope that someone can told me what to do to track the problem.

you need to get the yearly test done & see if that picks up the fault


you also need to get the wheel alignment done
