Rear body Led Sidelights dim

Hi all, I'm looking for some assistance please, I've had a problem with the passenger side rear light on the body where the lights were dim. I removed the unit this evening and gave the contacts a quick blow, and it seems a bit brighter. But still not as bright as the drivers side.
Whats the best to clean the contacts with?

i was using this post for some of the details, but don't want to resurrect an old post.

I'm guessing ,at be something like isopropyl?

If you can see corrosion the wire wool will sort it
