Climate Control - Lo and Recirculation modes - fan noise no air

I have an Audi A6 c6 3.0Tdi S-line Quattro Le Mans Saloon - 2006/56 plate car.

Lately i have been seeing some peculiar issues with the Climate Control.

I can run the climate down as low as 16 with the air being dispensed quite well through the vents, But when i select LO as an option it sounds like the system switches airflow and stops air coming out of the vents, the fan noise still sounds very high (almost as if the flow is being muffled), same if I select recirculation mode on the car.

Recent trip to independent garage resulted with cabin pollen filters being replaced, and new fan motor being replaced - garage told me there was an issue with the fan as it was intermittent whether it switched on or not.

System has been topped up with gas so no issues there.

Sounds like you could have issue with G395 sensor. (Air con pressure sensor). Very common problem on these cars.

Getting it back to the garage and getting it on diagnostic but wanted to get a sense of where the fault may be, as surely others may have experienced similar issues.

Sorry to hijack, I have an issue my LO setting at all, I say issue it could be perfectly normal. When I set it to lo and auto the fan speed never seems to drop, even if on an hours run and left on constantly
