A6 C6 allroad 2010 Level Control Unit Not Found

Hi.
I can find my 34 Level Control Unit when I run VCDS tool.
And my Allroad Air suspension is now at the very bottom.(Low Rider).

34-Level Control -- Status: Cannot be reached 1100
