Can anyone recommend pads to go with standard rotors that dont generate brake dust or very minimum . I just had my wheels refurb and its a nightmare at the moment

The idea is to have less dust, not to clean lol. I already have c5 on the wheels :)

Ive fitted EBC Red stuff front/rear to my TT.
Very impressed with brake performance and very little dust on my shiny wheels.
Well worth the money.

So how steel rotors react to ceramic ? Do they wear out quicker ?

Ive only had them fitted for about 3 months so far.
No signs of any additional wear to the discs.
No sign on the wheels( dust etc).
I had to wash my car and clean my wheels every weekend. Now if the body work looks ok, 2-3 weeks would be ok for my wheels.

Currently rung EBC greenstuff on the front of my discovery and the brakes are,
A, much better stopping power I wouldnt go as far as awesome but bloody good compared to std.
B, feel much better underfoot.
C, little to zero brake dust.
D news discs fitted at the same time and havent noticed any visible wear lip.
Downside 15k and they are just about shot, i know heavy car (2.7t) and my driving style dont help.
Quite expensive as well, but the lack of cleaning needed certainly offsets the cost.

I had the Green stuff on my previous A4.
Better than std braking but they wore out quick with dust.
Red stuff are more expensive, better stopping, feel, little to no dust.
I will have to see how these last.
So far i would buy the Red stuff again tho.
I dont work for EBC ;)
