Hi I have recently changed my drivers door window regulator and it is struggling to go up and doesn't reach the top, it's as if it's getting tighter and on the way down it lose up any idea why this is

Try some silicone lube down the guides.

Take the panel back off and see what's going on. Cables failed is my guess.
