New Passat lack of power

Any body having problems with there new Passats intermittent lack of power dealer struggling to find problem 2.0 TDI.

Have you checked the MAF?

Air Mass meter has been checked the only fault registered was 18000 boost pressure sensor implausible signal, sensor re-newed fault still occured.

We had the problem on both of our Passat Sports. First time round the engine management system was upgraded as it was a known issue. This cured one vehicle but the problem returned on the other. The dealer then found a faulty MAP sensor (manifold air pressure) which was replaced. Everything seems to be OK now.

VW should dump BOSCH parts as BMW did, and Mercedes are doing.
