I've been mulling the idea over of changing the A6 as I've had it for 3 years now. Has anyone test driven one of the "new" Superb estates or saloons on here?
The above looks a tempting proposition but each time I spec one as I'd like it and see the price North of £38k I keep thinking I could have a nearly new A6 Avant BE for that and start to wonder if I'd regret it....

That said the Skoda will suffer faster depreciation than the Audi (a £38k Skoda is a fairly niche product) even more so for a nearly new one.

I think S/H would be the best option. I reckon diesel has had it's day and want to get out before the bubble properly bursts.

I went from a Skoda Superb 170bhp DSG to my current A6 Avant, there is no comparison. Although my Superb was great value for money at 37,500 Euro new the finish and interior build quality of the A6 is far superior as is the overall ride quality. The Skoda was also at lot noisier as in more road and traffic noise would be noticeable in the cabin. Mine was the 2015 pre-facelift Superb. I would not go back to a Superb anytime soon unless the budget would't stretch to another A6 in 2 years time. Actually I think I already know that in 2 years time my next A6 Avant will be a 3 liter :-)
