Hi
I have connected an external HD 500gb on my radio and it works great except that it doesn't read/recognise FLAC files :(
I know that newer cars (ie 2015) can read this type of file.
Is there anything I can do to make my radio reading them?
Thanks

What version of the firmware do you have? Only the latest firmware has the ability to play FLACs.

Sent from my Redmi 3S using TapatalkAll A6s have 2 SD Card slots. On the MMI Plus cars they are behind a flap, on RMC cars there is no flap and one is used for the Navigation Map data.

Mine is K_0770, and it does not play FLAC.

You have the RMC system. I suspect to have any chance of playing FLAC files you would need the 3g+ system

Yep I think so too. To bad, too expensive to move to 3G+.
It reads all formats but flac si not too much of a big deal.

I have the 3g+, but no FLAC (K_0770/MY2012), do you have any idea what I have to do to use .flac files? :)
