A6 Precut tint

So i just bougt my first Audi, it's a 2014 A6.
The car came with factory dark tint on the back windows, and now i want to tint the front windows.

Do any of you have any suggestions to where i should purchase precut tint? And what about darkness, i was thinking of going with 35%.

what are the laws in norway about tinting the fronts. in this country it is ilegal beacsue you cant see out the side windows so are a statistic waiting to happen.
