Does anybody know of a good way to remove an oil stain from a concrete garage floor please?
I am thinking that hot soapy water with maybe some vanish and elbow grease but would welcome any proven techniques?
Many thanks.

Simple Green works good but takes a lot of elbow grease.

Hydrogen Peroxide...:1zhelp:
Properly not the safest but it works
pour a bit of petrol on the oil stain give it a good rub with a rag etc repeat a few times if bad
then the last time pour petrol and just leave to evaporate it really does work and done this for years
if it's an oil spill people use cement powder very old but tested way also
i will add do so at your own risk and don't go silly
besides it evaporates quick anyway

Just close the garage door. That way you can't see it. :p

Jet wash it with hot water? Hot jet wash used used lift the oily diesel from the lorry yard's concrete workshop floor
