Audi a6 avant 61 plate - Heater not working in drivers side and centre

Im a newbie to this and although I have looked at this site before for help, thought I would actually join to ask my specific question-
My 61 plate Audi A6, ( which I bought In August) is blowing out cold air on the drivers side and centre, passengers side absolutely fine and what with this cold weather the only thing stopping me getting frost bite is the heated seats :D. This was the only thing we didnt test when bought in August !!
I have the heating on full but still cold air.

My nephew plugged in Diagnostic machine and didn't bring up in errors??

Any advice/help is greatly appreciated

Could be the sensors fitted on the ducts behind each of the vents. if you can pull out the vents, try swapping them from one that is working
Was the diagnostic used VCDS?

I havent got a clue tbh what the diagnostic machine was:confused: will check with nephew

Westy72. Did you manage to resolve your heating situation as I have the same issue on my A6. Please could you let me know what the resulting problem was. Many thanks.
