Hi, I spilled some milk in the boot and it went all the way under the rear seats (passenger side). Now I'm with the valeter to remove any trace of it (smells quite bad) and we can't get the rear seat bench off. Any ideas? Thanks..

The car is a 2016 A6 Avant S-line.

I've figured it out, it's easy once you know how to do it. I needed to push hard on the seat edges, towards the back, to release the two plastic bumps from their hole.

The problem is now, how to remove stale milk from the spongy material under the seat, and from the gray soft anti-noise material that is glued to the metal underneath.

I suggest a steam cleaner with vacuum function. They inject steam into the material and suck it back out again (google Polti steam cleaner). Alternatively, I would soak the area with water and vacuum out with a wet vacuum. Repeat. Lots of times.
