Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric

I've recently brought a 2012 Q7 3.0 TDI with 275/45/20 tyres, I've been researching the options for my next set and I'm interested in the Goodyear Eagle F1 110Y XL AO Asymmetric which I can get for £675.

Please could anyone share their personal experience of these tyres in terms of how many miles you get t out the f them, their noise level and overall value?

I have had these on an A8 in a different size obviously (255/45 19) and I got 40,000km out of them.
Probably wouldn't last that long on a Q7.
