Hello guys im new just joined need some help as racking my brains , i have a vw caddy 1.9tdi (mk5 based) its tuned etc running 240 bjp and 507 nm with gtb1756 and pd130 injectors , engine had a full rebuild 1500 miles ago , its started to devolp a slight missfife or judder wen i start it up in the mornings after say 30 mile or so its gone? I have fitfed a chwck valve inline between filter and tandem it also had a new tandem mb 6mnths ago , it runs rough engine shaking and can hear in the exhaust pulses its missing slight , i ran a litre of diesel purge through this is the interesting bit soon as i rig up the diesel purge into a jar theres a sh*t load of bubbles mb from me disconeting lines to run the purge? But anyhow wen on diesel purge the rough idle stops? Amd when i connect diesel lines back up its perfect how ever leave it over night and its same story again , i have checked the lift pump is working as when i was running the purge i let it pump a litres or so into a bucket to check it before i looped those lines ( flow+return) its starting to bug me now im wondering if its injector fault? No bubbles in the clear lines after initial start up when doing the purge so id say injector seals are ok , however indo notice on block 13? Im getting injector 1 is at zero? Mb jumps up now and then but wen missfire is present it seem inj 1 is at zero ? Any advvice lads its doing my head and pocket damage now lol
