Cold misfires in 1 cylinder a4 b7 2.0i ALT engine

Hello,this is my first thread here,and i m sorry for my english.I m Bulgarian.I have a misfire in cylinder number 1 only when engine is cold and only on idle.
I replace spark plugs,swap coils and fuel injectors.Still miss in first cylinder.Check for vacuum leaks,replace pcv valve,replaced intake gasket and still miss only in 1 cylinder in idle.When increase the rpm to 2000rpm no misffires.replaced te first oxygen sensor-same situation.Comppresion check show 1-11,6bar ;2-11.8bar;3-12bar;4-12,5 bar
When car is warmed no miss and no other problems.What else can i check?No coolant loose

can you swap spark plug with No 3 cylinder and try

if that doesn't help then swap coil with No 3 cylinder and try

Spark plugs new denso iridium.Swaped all coils with this in cylinder 1.Can it be from crankshaft sensor?No errors with vcds.

mechanics say it could be from engine head valve seats :zx11:
