As this is my first Audi I was interested in how the first service process went with my local dealer as the supplying dealer was elsewhere.
I have to say I was pleasantly surprised.
The face to face customer service was only to be expected but was up to par
It was pleasant change not to get a crappy base model loan car. A 3.0 TD A7 was quite nice to blat around in all day.
The tennis court striping in all my mats from the hovering was an interesting touch.
And their offer to price match Black Circles for the 2 front tyres that I new need replacing was excellent.
It also seems that I'm never going to pay for a service as I received 2 complimentary services when I bought the car and the next one is not due for 19K (I do 10K a year) or 730 days!!
Well done Inchcape Audi Swindon.
