Random Electrical Happenings - Help appreciated

2008 1.8T A4 Convertible which I've had with no problems for coming up to 3 years but over the past month have been getting random electrical faults, detailed below:

-Roof will not operate (error code 02023 - Terminal 87 Not a plausible signal - Intermittent)

Presumed this was an isolated error but now I'm not so sure because the following is now happening.

-Randomly indicating that the rear fog light bulb requires replacement (it doesn't)
-Drivers door window doesn't always close but will go back down again at the half way point
-ESP light now flashing on and staying on but intermittently

Any help or advise is gratefully received.

Sometimes these are thrown up by a defective or failing battery. Have you tried clearing codes and re-checking what comes back? Terminal 87 is a relay issue if in fact there is a fault with the roof.

Thank you so much for the response, I'm a bit of a novice so all help is gratefully received.
Since my first posted the ESP light hasn't returned nor the fog light bulb message, I did suspect it might have something to do with the rain last week!

Roof however still not working and still showing up as an error. :(

It could indeed be a relay fault, or the wiring to it.

The fault code on the roof can often be cleared by manually opening and fully closing and then fully opening the roof using the emergency key. It takes a bit of effort needing two people really but it often works.
