Hi all, I have a 2010 b8 A4 2.0 141 bhp diesel and the clutch has all but gone, although it's 6 years old it hasn't even done 50000miles so I'm a bit miffed, what should I pay for the whole clutch assembly to be supplied and fitted?
Cheers

Seems odd... Has it done a lot of towing? And how's your clutch fluid level? You sure it doesn't just need bleeding.... I would have suspected slave/master cylinders more than the clutch itself at that mileage... Though I suppose it would be the other way around if they had gone and you wouldn't be able to disengage it... Price depends where you go... Just done clutch and DMF on my 11 year old Passat and parts were around £400 mark but did the work myself so save pennies. Add the Audi logo and some more £££ I guess... Be looking between £500-£1200 dependant on where you take it and what parts they use I would guess... I'm sure someone will be more definitive soon lol.

Is there a way to check if it's the cylinder

you dont actually say what the problem is with the clutch. is it slipping , juddering or not disengaging.

It's slipping under acceleration

worn out then most likely and a new one required. no amount of new cylinders will help in a case like this.
