Hey everyone,

We have a strange weather pattern at the moment, where it's fine for 50 minutes then absolutely pelts down for 10. I kept hearing a car alarm during the heavy periods yesterday thinking it was some other car.. Today I noticed it's my A6! Has anyone else had this issue, or is my alarm unusually sensitive? I park out front of my house, so I can't leave the car unlocked. I'm worried what the neighbours are thinking! Is there any way of telling what is setting it off? Ie the interior sensor or motion sensor.

Thanks

All my Audis have done this during heavy rain or hail, you can disable parts of the alarm by pressing the two buttons on the edge of the drivers door card then locking the doors as normal with the remote fob.
